The Celtic Knot is an independent, family owned and run business located in Jackson, California in the heart of gold-rush country.

In the summer of 2001, Mary and Patti, along with their other siblings, Dick, Carol and Michael, were given the trip of a lifetime to Ireland by their crazy and ever so generous sister, Ellen. Together for two fast moving (in more than one way) weeks we traveled, the six of us, a wild pack of Californians, all over that blessed island we know as Ireland. We made memories that seem to reach back hundreds of years. We had answered the call.

From that enriching and life-altering trip grew our collective vision for The Celtic Knot. We wanted to share our love for Ireland and Scotland and the other Celtic nations with our neighbors. And so was born in August of 2003, The Celtic Knot.

We work diligently to bring to our shop the most beautiful workmanship to be found in Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Cornwall.

Our web-site is just a wee bit of what we offer at our shop in Jackson. We are closed on Tuesdays, but would love to see you any other day. (We are available to be here on Tuesdays or before or after hours if that fits better with your needs. Call us we can set it up for you). Come in when you are in our neighborhood.
