Traditionally pie-shaped wedges of buttery shortbread have been called “Petticoat Tails”. This pan decorates it’s petticoats with scallops and shamrocks. Each of 7 segments has a different hand carved Shamrock and the 8th has a special 4-leafed clover just for luck. A lovely way to top off a hearty meal or a delightful tea-time treat.
